Why does the NH34A movement make a difference?

The Seiko TMI NH34A is an automatic caliber — it is charged by the natural movement of the wrist, without the need for batteries. Its GMT function adds an independent hand that can be adjusted hour by hour, allowing a second time zone to be read on the rotating 24-hour bezel.
